What I do
IYou've built the team. You have leaders, meetings, and tools. The day-to-day work gets done.
Then something out of the normal happens — a customer asks for something unusual, two teams want different things, a leader has two reasonable options. The decision comes back to you to make.
That's not automatically bad delegation. Some decisions should stay with you. The problem is when "keep me informed" quietly turns into "wait for me to approve it."
That's the work I do.

Founder-led event-tech SaaS companies with a real leadership team — where routine work gets done, but difficult decisions and exceptions still end up with the founder.

How I help
I work with founders and their leadership teams to separate four things:

● Who makes the decision?
● Who owns what happens next?
● What do you need to know — and when should you step back in?
Some decisions stay with you. Some need your input before a leader commits. Others belong with a capable leader and should stand without another approval.
I get into it with you, one decision at a time — then I stay in to make sure decisions stay with the people who own them. A normal update should inform you. It shouldn't quietly become a second approval.
